晚會當然少不了客家菜 山歌 黃酒 家鄉的山山水水音像 現代客家音樂和客家方言交流
因為是在清明期间舉行這懷念閩粵贛山區裡祖輩留下來的文化產品 故名春祭 是使常年漂泊在外的游子能緬懷家鄉的一切 此聯誼活動在馬來西亞各卅的大埔同鄉會每年都舉行一至兩次 秋天舉行的叫做秋祭
至於其他節目可依人數而定 也可以說是一文化商務聚餐
計劃秋天在上海舉行 這就是今年的秋祭了
