刘平芳簡介：
年轻漂亮歌声甜美的她用客家的声音唱出了对爱情的向往，唱出了客家人丰富多彩的文化，唱出了客家人传承客家语言文化的壮美赞歌。在短短的10多年里她就出版了20多张客家流行唱片，成为了当今世界上出过客家唱片最多的客家流行歌手，堪称客家流行音乐的天后级人物。
阿芳十四歲起便參加過許多大大小小歌唱比賽歌聲甜美，讓人印象深刻。民國七十九年以一首「客家本色」唱出客家人打拼的精神。民國八十年出版個人專輯「十八歲的心情」一掃客家流行歌曲寂寞的氣氛。如今阿芳走過十八歲的心情之後，再一的整裝出發，期待與您分享「成長」的喜悅。
劉平芳可以說是客家流行歌壇的「實力派偶像型」歌手。她不僅歌聲優美，人也十分美麗可愛。她的歌路以情歌為主，詮釋起情歌來可說是絲絲入扣。不過她也唱過一些勵志類歌曲，像是「一枝擔竿」等，也曾流行一時。
